Leadership is a joke. The whole place is disgusting. The bathrooms are filled with **** on the floors and that gets carried out on peoples feet to the production floor. This place needs to be looked at by OSHA and food inspectors. DO NOT EAT ANYTHING THAT COMES FROM THIS PLACE.

These people are racist if your not Hispanics or a male they’ll discriminate against you and call you name and pick on you! I have experienced this for 4 months not

"I had the best job I've had in a long time. I started as a temporary worker and was consistently scheduled. I've seen a lot of negative comments from people claiming that temporary staff aren't treated equally, but I believe that's unfair. The issue seems to arise when temporary workers only show up when it's convenient for them and expect to be busy. If they come to work as scheduled and put in the required hours, they'll find the environment to be quite busy and rewarding."

The management here is lacking, and the overall cleanliness of the establishment is concerning. The bathrooms are in terrible condition, with unsanitary conditions that can easily be tracked into the production area. I strongly believe that this place needs to be inspected by OSHA and food safety regulators. I would advise against consuming anything from this restaurant.

I had an interview on Monday, and the staff was incredibly positive, curious, and helpful. The tour of the facility was also very impressive; it seems like a wonderful place. I believe that Brill will be a great place to work!
