Little Caesars Pizza - Baytown

I had a really frustrating experience at this restaurant. They close at 11 AM, and when I arrived at 10:17, I was told that the only option available was pepperoni pizza—nothing else. This was by far my worst visit ever. The person who took my order seemed unwell, and when I asked for the manager's name, he claimed to be the manager named Alex. However, his colleague turned to him and pointed out that his name was not Alex. It's concerning that someone would pose as a manager while representing the brand.

For a busy Saturday night they got my order quickly. Small waiting, but the whole staff seemed to work hard, especially with big orders. Stop the big workers and girls.

Dated :12/21The manager at the Decker Garth site is rude. He has terrible customer service skills and lack of empathy for customer needs. And the pizza was burned. He refused to hear and said, “It wasn’t his problem!”

Trash. ordered online, waited from kiosk until my name appeared. About 20 minutes, good... but my pizzas were COLD HARD (so difficult to eat them even, they tasted and looked like 3-4 days old remnants) to make things worse that they did not cut them!!! No slices of only 2 big hard pizzas. So much for dinner on the street, this place is a joke. Inserted is the photo of one of them as we tilted it up so you can see that it was not cut.

Both places are closed because of the water ban in Houston so I wasted money because neither location is listed as closed. There’s only a sign on the door and that’s it. Never going to either location again.
