Frankly told today that they are cold, made early in the morning, and stored up to 48 hours so they should be good. Unbelievable. If I wanted cold donuts, I would just shop Wal-Mart donut for cheaper and convenience. Thanks but no thanks, your explanation makes no sense to me. Tell people upfront that they will get COLD donuts.
I'm really disappointed with the online Halloween promotions and how they translate to the store experience. I ordered a Spellbook dozen online, along with a bonus of Scary Sharies, and reserved a pickup time only to find out they were sold out when I got to the store. How does that even happen? If the website allows you to order ahead, what’s the point if the items won’t be available? I usually stick to Dunkin' because it’s closer to my home, but I wanted to surprise my daughter with some adorable Halloween-themed donuts in a Spellbook, so I went out of my way. In the end, it was a complete waste of time and ruined the surprise, so thanks for that. This isn't directed at the employees; it's more about the company needing to set aside the products that have been ordered in advance. Instead, I ended up getting a refund for the two dozen I ordered and took my daughter to Dunkin' for her spider donuts.
Fresh, soft and delicious donuts! I have not had Krispy Kreme is a while, so this really hit the spot. I ordered the strawberry kreme donut and the classic glaze donut. They were both amazing. The staff was nice and welcoming.
We wanted to give them another shot because the holiday-themed donuts sounded appealing, but once again, the selection wasn't great. When I got home, I was shocked to find that the donuts were half the size of what I remembered. I understand the holiday season is busy, but I don't need you to monitor my calories for me! Plus, my 7-year-old was nearly able to finish an entire box in one sitting. Sadly, we probably won’t return to this Krispy Kreme location. I hope they consider opening a better one in Buckeye. And just to clarify, that’s an Oreo donut next to a lemon donut.
Manager and employee just discriminated against my son and embarrassed me. As we were in line a white lady and a white boy was in front of me getting free donuts because he had A 's. Happened to be that we were there for the same thing. The boy said I have 8 A 's and she said the max you can get is 6. So he picked the donuts and they were given to him. My 13 year old son logged in fine and showed proof of his grades before he was able to select his donuts. Now for my 6 year old I was getting an error message and I was not able to log in and show her that. She said I can 't give you his donuts if can show me his grades. I told her that the lady and the kid before me wasn 't asked anything is it because my son is Hispanic. So I asked to speak to the manager. The manager said oh She should 've asked for it but I said she didn 't. Which is not fair that she took the white boys word for it but not one of my son 's. I even showed her the error message the school website was giving me. She didn 't care so at that point it was about the free donuts anymore because I bought 4 dozens for his school. It 's more about her making my son feel bad that his word was not sufficient because he was a different race. So I left and made a complaint over the phone and they asked me for their names which I didn 't have. So I went back and ask the manager for the information. She said to me I want you to know that I pulled the video and she did ask for a report card. At this point she made me real upset because she 's calling me a liar now. I told her no she did not she asked after the fact because I complained. As a manager she acted so unprofessional by trying to embarrass me. At that point my son website was working and I showed her his A 's and she didn 't bother to apologize or give offered his donuts. He never got them! Instead she rolled her eyes as I walked away and told her employees, I 'm not worried about it, don 't worry about it '. This is the worst experience ever in my life and not for me but for my son. His hard work was not recognized and was treated poorly by staff! I would not recommend anyone to go to this location. I truly feel that my son deserves an apology. This manager shouldn 't be in the position she is!
