Like many others I don't normally marinate a good cut of beef but this was really goodVery tender and juicy.
Pretty solid marinade for steaks; inexpensive ingredientsPiercing the steak is definitely a must; I forgot to do that the first timeAlso good for basting the steaks if you use a grill.
