これはバッファローチキンの素晴らしいレシピです。カイエンペッパーがなかったので、カイエンの代わりに赤唐辛子を使わなければなりませんでしたが、素晴らしい出来栄えになりました。
レシピ通りに作成し、記載されているようにストリップを選びました。小麦粉の衣は3つの鶏胸肉には少し少なかったです。最後まで良いコーティングを得るには約25％多く必要でした。
